17th of March 2026 Indoors people produce lots of carbondiokside by breathing. If the oxygen is scarce, one can copy from green plants outside the window, for example a pine branch which is green also in the winter. Look at the tree like at a person having a hobby, outwards and upwards from the green needles, thinking of you youself liking such a hobby, and so copying from it.

19th of March 2026 I can get an impression of this working only momentarily. On the other hand it seems that it woukd work the same way also when longer term, or alternately breathing and near skin a feeling of fresh air.
